Enlisted Ranks

This page goes over all of the Enlisted ranks in Shadow Company. The Enlisted are the backbone of Shadow Company and make up the majority of our Operative numbers.

Enlisted members are given the opportunity to join departments and divisions and apply for various roles once they have passed their Basic Training.

Each rank will be given their title, paygrade, role and additional details and how to get promoted to higher ranks.

Non-Commissioned Officers

The Non-Commissioned Officers, collectively known as the NCO Corps, are the main field leaders and are expected to be well versed in Shadow Company events, tactical prowess and are expected to uphold Shadow Company standards and set an example for the enlisted.

The Non-Commissioned Officer Corps is vital for the day to day operations of Shadow Company and have been trained in a variety of tasks needed for their job.

Each rank will be given their title, paygrade, role, and how to get promoted to higher ranks. Additional details will be given for each rank.

Commissioned Officer Corps

Also known collectively as the Officer Corps, PMC Officers are the main body responsible for hosting events, leading or contributing to Shadow Company and whatever Shadow Company unit or department they are in.

Officers also take a role in administrative and operational matters concerning all of Shadow Company. Officers are disciplined, active and mature individuals who have proven themselves.
